Warranty Information
The team at We Solve All have a different type of warranty which is dependent on the type of repair you are having and the device you are having repaired with us. By We Solve All repairing your device you should be aware that in certain cases this may void your manufacturer of your devices warranty.
To avoid voiding the warranty on your device we would advise that you take or send your device to the manufacturer of your device.
We Solve All‘s Warranty
The We Solve All warranty is linked to your specific device by the IMEI or serial number. This number is recorded in our system at the time of any repair. We will also conduct a health check using diagnostic software on your device at the time of the repair. This lets us know any additional faults or potential issues your device has or potentially may encounter in the future.
Our warranty will cover you for any re-occurrence of the original fault of your repair and for the part that was replaced to rectify your repair only.
If additional faults arise on your device these are not covered under the terms of the We Solve All warranty. The We Solve All warranty will also not cover the device in relation to change of ownership.

Unless specified, We Solve All will repair or replace if there is a defect in the parts used in a repair under warranty or there is a problem with workmanship of a product.
Coverage of the We Solve Warranty Includes:
- Defective parts installed and labour used to install the parts needed for the repair.
Coverage does not include:
- Accidental and liquid damage to the device. If the device shows any signs of damage the warranty will be void.
