Terms & Conditions

1.1 The terms set out here shall apply to the service (“Service”) we provide to repair your device (“Device”).

1.2 Reference to “us”, “we” and “our” refer to We Solve All and references to “you” and “your” are references to you (“Customer).

Repair Terms and Conditions

2.1 These terms and conditions commence from the time we receive your device and shall continue until we have returned your Device to you.

2.2 Any time estimate for completion of your repair is an estimate only and does not form any obligation under the terms of this contract.

2.3 We shall attempt to repair your Device to the highest standard possible subject to the availability of relevant parts and the terms of any relevant Warranty.

2.4 We shall notify you after your repair has been completed using the contact details you provided.

2.5 We shall send you a reminder if you fail to collect your device upon completion of your repair and the device will be recycled or sold if not collected after 60 days have elapsed from the day we took delivery of the device.

2.6 If we are unable to complete your repair, or the repair will incur further costs over and above your initial estimate, we will notify you via the contact details you provided.

2.7 We shall require the passcode of your Device in order to test it after the Service. Should you prefer not to divulge this, we can still complete the repair but will not be able to conduct a subsequent test of the Device.

2.8 If no fault is found during diagnosis on your Device or you do not wish to proceed with the repair based on the revised estimate, you will be able to collect your Device. In this instance, we reserve the right to charge you a diagnosis fee.

2.9 The cost of repair will be calculated where possible in accordance with our standard charges. These can be found where applicable on our website.

2.10 We reserve the right to keep possession of your Device until all outstanding charges have been paid in full.

2.11 Use of our repair service may void your manufacturer’s warranty. If you would like to avoid this, then please take your Device directly to the manufacturer. Please note, your manufacturer’s warranty may not cover any accidental damage.

2.12 Our products and repairs are covered by the warranty terms outlined in the table below:

2.13 Your Warranty with We Solve All is linked to a specific device as identified by its IMEI or serial number and to a specific Customer as identified by the records on our system. It will cover the any re-occurrence of the original fault and for the part replaced / repaired only. If subsequent additional faults arise, they will not be covered under the terms of this Warranty. Furthermore, the Warranty will not cover accidental damage, nor will the cover extend should the device be no longer owned by the original customer.

2.14 We accept no responsibility for any damage in instances where your Device has been repaired elsewhere prior to your repair at We Solve All or any issues found in your device which were not evident upon initial inspection. Should any issues become evident once the Device is opened, we will contact you via the contact details provided by you at the earliest convenience.

2.15 We accept no responsibility for any progression in damage for Devices in cases of liquid damage. It is understood and accepted by you, the customer, that opening the Device in some cases of this nature may cause irreparable damage.

2.16 In instances where your Device develops any further issues relating to the liquid damage, we will re-assess and re-quote for any further work needed. At our sole discretion, we may also offer a full refund of payments made by you with respect to repairs carried out to your Device.

Liability

3.1 Our entire liability in respect of any single cause of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (whether for breach of contract, tort, including negligence, statute or otherwise at all) shall be limited, to the extent that the cause of action related to our supply of the Services, at our exclusive option to: (a) supplying the Services again; (b) payment of the cost of having the Services supplied again; or (c) repaying you any amount that you have paid in respect of the Services.

3.2 If your Device is damaged beyond economical repair as a direct result of a service or repair undertaken by We Solve All, you will be entitled to a fully functional refurbished device of equal value to your Device. In order for us to supply you with such a device, full payment must have been received for the repair service and the relevant damaged device will remain the property of  We Solve All.

3.3 You are responsible for all data stored on your device, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage to such data, whatever may occur. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you back up your device to an external drive before transferring our service. You are responsible for keeping track of all such data.

3.4 Nothing in this Section 3 shall limit or exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) infringement of the provisions of the statutes; (c) any claims arising from the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or (d) fraudulent misrepresentation.

3.5 In no event will we be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any loss of business, income, profit, foreseeable savings, goodwill or other indirect or consequential damages or damages of any kind so that which arises.

Data Protection

4.1 In order to book your repair we will ask for your name, address, contact number and email address. This is in order that we can notify you when your repair is complete and advise of any updates to your diagnosis and/or repair estimates. We also will provide invoices and receipts via email where possible. We may also send you text messages and/or emails from time to time to alert you to new services and promotions. By consenting to a repair service you consent to our use of your personal information as described.

General

5.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

5.2 Our failure to exercise or enforce our rights as stated in this Agreement will not be construed as a waiver of such rights.

5.3 We shall not be liable for any delay in or failure of performance arising from any reason beyond our reasonable control.

Terms and Conditions relating to Offers, Promotions and Discounts

6.1 Promotional vouchers, gifts or voucher codes are not exchangeable for cash and can only be used once per transaction.

6.2 We Solve All reserves the right to change, withdraw, terminate or decline promotional Offers at any time at its sole discretion.

6.3 Unless otherwise specified, We Solve All’s promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offers.

6.4 When you accept a promotional Offer you will be deemed to have accepted the terms & conditions relating to that Offer.
